Most job sites don't actually
care if a job is local. We made a map instead.

Hiring and Shifts
Look, I need to tell you what we’ve actually been doing behind the scenes, because if I had to look at one more standard job board I was going to throw my laptop out the window. No honestly. You know when you search "local jobs" on a regular site and it casually tries to send you to an industrial estate three towns over? (I have the unfortunate misfortune of experiencing this, looking at you -i shall name no names-)Like thanks, but no thanks. So, we got annoyed enough to actually fix it on hirearchy.co. We spent endless weeks (and tbh still working on it) building a visual, interactive map instead of another depressing wall of text.Basically, you open it up and it just shows your actual neighborhood. If you’re looking for work, you can literally zoom into your town, see who needs help down the road, and fill that shift. If you’re trying to hire someone to help you clean your home before your landlord takes the keys out of your hands, you just find a neighbor who’s free right now. No weird recruiter middleman, no guessing if "nearby" means ten minutes away or three business days of travel. Go open it up and play with it on the site before I lose my mind looking at more line code. P.S, we’re still working on it so if you’ve any suggestions hit us up hello@hirearchy.co Thanks Hirearchs
